Train a Woman, Train a Nation: We empower vulnerable women with culinary skills that transcend traditional African meals, transforming them into healthy and nutritious culinary practices. This project focuses on empowering vulnerable women by teaching them the art of traditional African cooking with a modern, health-conscious twist. Through this initiative, we are training women to become skilled community chefs, enabling them to share their knowledge, promote healthy eating habits, and create opportunities for themselves and others within their communities. By equipping these women with valuable culinary skills, we are not only preserving cultural heritage but also fostering economic independence and strengthening social cohesion.
